I am a results-driven professional with a strong background in higher education, admissions, and leadership, with experience spanning university enrollment management, teaching, and team development. I am currently an Admissions Counselor at Nova Southeastern University, where I lead recruitment initiatives, manage an assigned territory, coordinate outreach events, deliver admissions presentations, and provide guidance to prospective graduate and online students while consistently meeting enrollment objectives. Prior to NSU, I served at St.

Thomas

University as both an Admissions Counselor and Adjunct Professor until March 2025, where I supported enrollment growth, developed recruitment strategies, and delivered engaging instruction focused on socio-economic resources for organizational leadership. My leadership experience also includes serving as a District Manager at Momentum Solar, where I recruited, trained, and managed canvassing teams while improving performance systems. Earlier in my career, I developed strong customer service, operations, and sales expertise as an Assistant Manager at Enterprise Holdings.
