Allison Frick

My name is Allison Frick. I am a dedicated RRT-NPS who is inspired by working with critical patients, particularly with neonates and pediatric patients. I've had the privilege of working in a hospital for 4 years that allows me to work in all units with a wide variety of patient populations. I am looking for a place to challenge me, learn new things, and become part of another team.

Respiratory Therapist at Sinai Hospital of Baltimore (07/2022 – Present)

• Providing respiratory care to diverse patient populations, specializing in NICU/PICU, with additional experience with adult emergencies in the ED, adult ICU, and floors.
• Assembling, initiating and managing mechanical ventilation, non-invasive ventilation (CPAP/BIPAP/SIPAP), and high flow nasal cannula therapy.
• Performing critical respiratory interventions including arterial blood gasses, oxygen titration, chest physiotherapy, specialty gas administration, surfactant administration, nebulizers, airway management, and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient-specific respiratory care plans.
• Providing flexible coverage across multiple units and adapting quickly to fast paced situations.
