Allison Scrivner

I'm a third year finance major in the Mays Business School, Texas A&M University with a 3.5 GPA. I'm interested in this internship because I'm looking for practical work experience in Finance which aligns with my plans to work in a corporate finance organization after graduation. My academic experience includes international study abroad where I learned about business cultures and building a business plan to start a new business in a foreign country.

In addition to study aboard, I've participated in a large scale class project developing a product and taking it to market where my team was recognized for outstanding teamwork and results. Outside of the classroom, I've been active at Texas A&M in panhellenic and class council where I've held several finance positions giving me practical experience managing the books, preparing budgets, forecasting financial outlooks, and serving on executive committees where I've had the opportunity to be in leadership roles. Currently I am serving on the Executive Board as VP Finance for the Texas A&M Panhellenic.

My rigorous academic schedule along with being active in various organizations during college have taught me how to manage my time and prioritize to ensure successful completion of assignments and committee work.
