Allison Vuong

I am an international undergraduate student at NYU hoping to gain more experiences in the business world. I am in the process of changing my major to Economics from Global Public Health/Nutrition & Dietetics, therefore I have both a quantitative background and qualitative background. I am eager to learn more every day and would love an opportunity to broaden my skills!

• Seasonal position. 
• Distributed commencement materials for graduating NYU students (undergraduate & graduate).
• Administrative work, mostly with Google Suite. 
• Ability to work under pressure.

The Global Issues Network Council, Vietnam - Vice President & Executive Assistant

• Worked as the Executive Assistant in 2021-2022. 
• Worked as the Vice President in 2022-2023. 
• Hosted various school events such as the Halloween Fair, Spring Fair, and online events to fundraise for NGO partners such as Blue Dragon, Habitat for Humanity, and Operation Smile. 
• Gained experience working with a large group of people during the Spring Fair, as the council managed eight clubs as well as more than ten other booths that sold food and merchandise. 
• 80,000,000 VND (~3,200 USD) in revenue, all proceeds went to charity.

I am currently a sophomore at NYU pursuing Economics, but I have plans to graduate early by taking extra classes. I am expected to graduate Spring 2026.
