My position at Polo Ralph Lauren Factory Outlet is greeting customers when they come in the store and informing them with the sales that are going on in the store. My other position is register, I make sure that each customer that I receive gets to complete their purchase fast and easy. I do floor first which is where I open merchandise and sensor items in order to be taken to the sales floor.

I also make sure that customers get size checks or answer any questions to make their experience better in the store. I have received a couple of recognitions from customers on how efficient I am at providing great customer experience.
