Alysha Peacock

Hello, my name is Alysha and I'm 47 years old and a mother of two daughters and recently engaged. I live in a very rural community whose population is less than 600. Not too many jobs in the area or much of anything else for that matter.

I used to live in Knoxville, TN. and realised I did not want to raise my children in the city. After my children's Father passed away in 2015 I purchased a few acres of land and a home and it's been the best decision I ever made. I met my fiance in 2001 and we lost touch with each other until 8 years and we rekindled our relationship and that was the second best decision I ever made.

Being 47 years old I've learned to count my blessings everyday and to not take anything for granted.

I've owned and operated several businesses from grocery,deli, game rooms, cafeteria,tavern and for the past 15 years I've owned and operated my cleaning company, Peacock Pride Cleaning. I cleaned commercial and residential properties for many clients over the years. I have worked at Walmart and Sam's Club both with customer service desk experience.

Owning a business you manage every aspect of customer relations, inventory ordering, stocking, food prep, money management, accounting and the list goes on. I'm looking to just slow down from owning a business and obtain a normal job again. I am a hard and dedicated worker who strives for excellence and customer satisfaction.

I am a quick learner, very eager to find employment and can start immediately.

My graduating year was 1997 from Sunbright High School but due to unforseen circumstances I was a few credits short of graduating so I obtained my G.E.D in 2005 in Knoxville, TN.

I enrolled in Virginia College majoring in the medical field but the college went bankrupt and closed down and I never transferred to another college
