I am more than just an outside of the box thinker… I redefine the shape, dimensions and structure of the box; according to the actual needs and requirements of my client. Now we can let go of useless archetypes and develop a plan that actually works today.

I've been the CEO, the secretary, the contractor and the waitress. As the CEO I learned to delegate to Project Coordinators. As the secretary I learned to think ahead and anticipate the needs of my supervisor.

As the contractor I learned to multi-task, by trusting and leaning on my support system for help. As a waitress I learned what it means to listen, I mean really listen, to the client and recognize the primary concern that they need me to resolve for them - even if they don't realize it themselves. The one common thread that all of these jobs had in common is the not so simple task of open and honest communication.

Listening to the other person, really hearing them, even if you don't like what they have to say AND also making yourself vulnerable to them… telling them what you REALLY need from them.

I attended a week long Business Development Seminar, a ponsored by the County of Riverside. It gave some very powerful insights into the framework of organizational structure and future planning for any and all types of ventures.
