I am a young, motivated self-starter with a deep love for people and communications. My main motivation in life is to learn as much as I can in as little time as I can and to give as much back to this world as it has given to me. I am always looking and eager to humbly learn and become the best version of myself that I can be.
Competitive in nature, If I am faced with a task that I am unfamiliar with, I will seek every opportunity available to study and become knowledgeable in what was once unknown. I have approximately 8 years of customer service experience and I work very well with people with diverse backgrounds and from all walks of life.
In my time within the customer service industry, I have acquired a multitude of applicable and transferable skills such as patience,
multi-tasking, working effectively in a group setting, and excellent problem-solving skills. Knowing the importance of effective communication and incorporating conflict resolution tactics, utilizing time management skills effectively, and keeping an organized workspace are also just some of the skills that experience has taught me.
I rose quickly through different positions in various customer service oriented industries due to my sincere dedication to superior work quality and my positive can-do attitude. I believe the most important aspect in regard to one’s job is to be eager and put pride into your work. And in turn with good work comes great satisfaction. I firmly believe in and will continue to practice this sentiment.
I have worked in a multitude of customer-service-oriented positions and have 8 years of customer service experience.
Currently a student at Houston Community College. An Honors candidate with a 3.75 GPA.
