Amanda Cao

I am looking for a position as a summer marketing intern. I am currently studying at the University of California, Santa Barbara and live in New York. I am a charismatic, positive, determined person and am skilled in customer service, leadership, teamwork, organization, etc.

I have experience working retail and provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, finding appropriately sized merchandise. I also fulfilled orders on the cash register, obtained emails for reward programs, completed returns/exchanges/online shipments in a timely manner, as well as organized products and cleaned the floor when opening and closing the store, labeled price tags, created outfits and dressed mannequins, and worked as a team.

I am a rising senior at the University of California, Santa Barbara living in New York. I have taken many communication and marketing classes including Introduction to Communication, Theories of Communication, Statistics, Communication Research Methods, Business Values Driven Innovation, Business Company Law, etc. I just finished my Spring 2023 semester studying abroad at the University of Hong Kong, a top business school worldwide, which has exposed me to new cultures, business structures, and fashion trends.
