I've partnered with hiring managers across various fields throughout her Human Resources career, from engineering to hospitality and even HR. I spent over seven years at the Boeing Company, managing projects and leading executive talent management, employee development, and staffing initiatives.

Before

Boeing, I worked as an HR manager for a major hospitality corporation in Seattle, partnering with a predominately union population. My focus was on staffing, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and the design and deployment of training.

I bring over 17 years of experience as an HR Business Partner and coach. Also, I hold a Master’s degree from Pennsylvania State University in HR and Labor Relations and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I also have the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.

Over 17 years working in HR across hospitality, manufacturing, non-profit, and technology industries. Experienced in delivering solutions to drive business performance and support teams. Passionate about talent management and employee development. Strong background in employee relations. A business owner with nearly 10 years of entrepreneurial experience providing global interview and resume coaching services to clients.

A master's degree in Human Resources and Employee Relations from Pennylvania State University, a bachelor's in Business Administration, and a minor in Professional Communication. Active PHR and SHRM-CP Certifications.
