Activated Research Company (ARC): Overhauled the certification process for all outgoing product. Increased manufacturing capabilities by implementing batch builds.
Pace Analytical Services: GC/MS Labs increased sample throughput by 10x in both Air and Volatiles analysis. Decreased turn around time of sample receipt to data report, over 2x. Reduced sample prep time in HRMS Extraction Lab from over 2 weeks to less than 5 days.
I read the methods, research regulatory requirement, and do an in-depth analysis of your current laboratory's operations.
