Finishing my terminal degree at UIOWA, I am spending my time teaching clarinet, playing in orchestras, and working at an amazing non-profit, Please Pass the Love. I have eleven years of teaching experience. I teach musicians that at at all levels: beginner, intermediate, adults, and those that are returning to an old hobby after retirement.
I am passionate about mental health and this is evident through my teaching. All students mental health is prioritized and supported through the teaching of healthy practicing, performance anxiety support, and more. I hope to support life long learners that are curious and learn how to teach themselves once they go on a different path.
