I have worked in several different fields...I have worked in Healthcare management for many years. I now have my Assisted Living Administrators Certificate. I am familiar with the Eden Principles as well as Non-Profit Operations.
I completed the CARES Dementia course with Certificates. I have a high success rate for passing State Surveys as well as sent to other facilities to help new managers when State was in their facilities. I have played a strong role in coaching all levels of management and staff members in 1 on 1 sessions.
My coaching style has had many successes as I care about the individuals and probe to see what motivates them as to build the correct action plan for theirs and the facilities success. The residents and their families are top priority alongside with creating a positive and successful culture.
