Senior Licensing/Compliance Analyst

• Assist Loan Officers in obtaining new licenses and renewing current licenses
• Assist in onboarding new hires
• Main contact between licensed individuals and state regulators
• Maintain records of all assigned individual licenses
• Address and clear all deficiencies
• Confirm compliance between individual and branch licenses 
• Perform other duties and projects as assigned

Senior Compliance Specialist

• Maintain a strong technical understanding of applicable banking laws, regulations, and regulatory guidance as they apply to banking products, services and processes.
• Manage the regulatory change process by maintaining timelines needed for newly promulgated or amended laws and regulations and work closely with business unit partners to ensure thorough implementation.
• Based on risk, monitor for compliance with regulations and internal policies.

Senior Compliance Analyst

• Complete assigned internal monitoring for compliance and Ongoing HMDA reporting
• Assists with BSA/AML compliance and compliance employee training
• Assist with licensing responsibilities for the Company, Branches, and Individual Mortgage Loan Officers
• Manage Data within national database and on-house databases, spreadsheets, and reports as necessary to ensure prompt and accurate processing of all applications
• Complete license applications and renewals for company, branch, and individuals

Licensing Specialist/Compliance

• Assist Loan Officers with obtaining new state licenses for loan origination
• Gathers documents and completes individual loan officer license and/or transfer applications, individual branch addition applications and any license amendments, including branch address changes and individual loan officer name and/or address changes. Submits license applications to appropriate licensing agency
• Monitors new employee lists for new loan officer hires and notify branch managers when a loan officer or transfer application is required. Follows up with branch manager to ensure appropriate application form is submitted
• Monitors terminated employee list for any terminated loan officers for which notification of the appropriate state licensing agency is required. Notifies state licensing agency of loan officer terminations
