I am an investment banking professional with two years of experience advising digital infrastructure M&A transactions.

I am currently an investment banking Analyst II at DH Capital, an M&A advisory firm that specializes in digital infrastructure. Below is a summary of my responsibilities at DH Capital.

• Lead the creation of marketing materials and financial projection models in active engagements to ensure strategic positioning of the target company for optimal market reception.
• Engaged in all transactional workstreams, facilitating buyer outreach and NDA negotiations, managing financial / commercial due diligence, drafting of legal documentation, and overseeing negotiations of legal matters, resulting in successful deal outcomes.
• Recent Notable Deal Experience: Constructed a three-statement financial projection model and orchestrated the creation of a teaser and confidential information memorandum to support the ongoing sale of a Brazilian bare metal hosting company.

I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the Martin J. Whitman School of Management at Syracuse University.
