I am a J.D. Candidate who is looking for opportunities to break into the trademark and copyright law industries.
As a legal intern for Hertz-Schram, I gained valuable intellectual property law exposure assisting in the registration and protection of trademarked and copyrighted works for both high profile and up-and-coming artists and organizations. This included researching the U.S.
Office, uploading works to the MLC, and drafting cease and desist letters for would be infringers. I also gained valuable exposure analyzing discovery information as well as experience conducting legal research on multiple issues.
As a J.D. Candidate at the University of Georgia I have tailored my education to Intellectual property law taking several IP related courses and participating on the Editorial Board of the UGA Journal of Intellectual Property
