Contracts and Marketing: Solely prepared and negotiated all written estimates to potential customers. Upon recognition of delayed estimates for potential commercial and residential customers, I created a customized brochure to provide a free written estimate and increase the customer base. By streamlining the estimates of labor and material costs, I was able to provide an average of ten (10) estimates per week and increase the business by 120%.
