I have worked for more then 5 years as a Shared Living Provider and I vastly enjoyed the experience. I have been employed for 30 years in one way or another at caring, advocating, teaching, and always tried to be a positive contribution to the lifestyle of all the individuals that I have worked with.
I work part time now at Thrive, based in Marlborough. I work as a Individual Support Worker. Recently I worked with an elderly individual with developmental disabilities for 5 ½ years. Before working with my individual, I worked 23 years at Advocates as an employment consultant for people with developmental disabilities. I have letters of recommendation and the phone numbers of my last three supervisors
