For the past 7 years, I have been working in retail. I am currently looking for a career path that can offer some benefits, the opportunity to grow and advance within the company, and allow the home and work life balance. I have spent many years working long hours, weekends, overtime, and holidays. I am not opposed to being flexible. However, as I get older and my family continues to grow, I would enjoy the ability to be home when it's important.
