- Conducted provenance research (governed by an NDA) on several major multimillion dollar 19th and 20th century works for a private art financial company. Included checking all relevant catalogue raisonnés as well as online resources, exhibition catalogues, sales catalogues as well as various databases of missing and stolen art. Research was conducted remotely in some cases. All deadlines for completion of the research met.
- Consulted and created a marketing campaign using Constant Contact for custom furniture and restoration expert. in Philadelphia area. Included researching and developing a list of potential clients consisting of approximately 100 interior decorators and composing introductory email and follow-up with additional informational emails.
- Worked with a film producer and director on planning events and distribution of his film on art fakes included compiling a list of potential sponsors from the insurance industry as well as art world (museums) as venues and writing an introductory proposal email. As part of outreach, invited New York companies to film showing at National Arts Club.
- Created a marketing campaign for a fine and decorative art appraisal company (project governed by NDA). Researched and created list of approximately 165 law firms and 65 banks involved in either trusts and estates, matrimonial law or private banking. Created introductory email and followed up with phone calls. Researched and developed list of fine art insurance companies and brokers and initiated contact via emails with follow-up calls. Contacted previous clients suggesting updates of appraisals. Worked remotely one day a week and onsite two days a week.
- Consulted for several companies remotely on collections managements systems for museums and galleries including current trends in the field. This was via a consulting group. The clients were anonymous.
