I have created entire filing systems, made sure housing files were in order to pass state inspection, worked with Vanderbilt, Centerstone, pharmacies, and clinics, created various spreadsheets, demographic forms, and medical reports While working for a non profit, biblical concepts housing. I worked in the pharmacy filling prescriptions and doing data entry, pulling meds, etc. Working at Walgreens. I’ve worked from home for a call center doing customer service and being a funding representative helping Medicare recipients with HRAs and people aging into retirement navigate their next steps, data entry, open cases and send them to the right departments when needed for Via Benefits
