· Spear-headed a new business venture within Universal Logistics from traditional, operational client support to consulting based projects and advancements.

· Drove a safety campaign to reduce OSHAA recordable by 100% in 5 months by hiring a safety manager and initiating a task force team to tackle daily issues such as forklift training, identifying warehouse hazards, improving processes, and performing 5S programs to all departments.
· Facilitated our MFU department to assist with Lucid in transportation tracking, supplier shortages, line-side shortage, and inventory discrepancies.
· Lead inbound compliance without a TMS system in place from carrier/Lucid and developed an inbound schedule that would adhere to current operational constraints. (SAP/warehouse utilization) with reporting any shipping discrepancies to material planners.
· Facilitate and coordinate workshops with all Logistic teams for project requirements such as analytics, systems, standardized KPI, facility mapping, and process improvement training.

· Managed the financial and operational oversight for 2 cross-docking( Detroit and Indianapolis) and 1 fulfillment (Tuscaloosa) locations for Lear.
· Responsible for oversite of P&L, monthly and weekly KPI’s, daily volume, labor, scheduling, and marketing/presentations reporting.
· Developed revenue projections and forecasting to increase visibility and future revenue planning.
· Responsible for maintaining, automating, and weekly data analysis the following monthly KPI’s: outbound utilization, on time performance, late start inbounds, and late cut outbounds.
· Reduced overall maintenance cost by analyzing current inventory and providing cost-effective machinery.
· Lead QBR with customer increasing customer focused relationship and automation.
· Optimized labor cost by reducing overtime from 7% to 3%.
