My most recent experience is process development for a Medical Product from design proof of concept to NPI to manufacturing. Development of custom laser welding machine programs using G-Code for complex plastic medical device 26-Fluid Manifold Assemblies. Upgrading & re-design of laser welding fixtures where applicable. Performing USON Testing for each Manifold. Troubleshooting of problems with Plastic Molded components. Developed PFMEA for laser welding machine & each Manifold.
