Resourceful tech-savvy professional with a strong foundation in IT, sales, and customer service support. Currently 3+ years of professional experience in in sales and customer service with that experience still growing. With that, I still am very enthusiastic with IT and almost anything tech related as that was my primary focus in in school and my personal time. Currently seeking an entry level position where I can expand on my many traits to contribute to any team.
Professional experience in Sales and customer service with the majority of that experience coming from 3 years working many different positions in Best Buy Inc. Where I delivered exceptional customer service by engaging with customers, identifying their needs and recommending tailored solutions while keeping sale targets in mind and reaching, even exceeding those goals.
Most relevant education would my high school diploma. However, after graduating in 2023 and staying in the workforce even since before graduation, I've pursued online classes in expanding my knowledge in computer science and IT.
