American Specialty Health- Clinical Representative 08/2022-current

• Speak with healthcare providers and provide patient insurance information
• Speak with patients and go over their health plan deductibles, copays, and coinsurance
• Go over claims and or reprocess claims for health care providers

• Speak with customers regarding internet, landline, and cell phone service
• Go over billing with customers and answer questions regarding services.
• Make adjustment to billing and/or reset service.

• Checking patients in and out while collecting copays and deductible
• Verifying all health insurance according to health plan
• Scheduling appointments and filing documents

• Receive inbound calls regarding internet and cell phone service
• Assist customers with any technical issues regarding services
• Escalate any technical issues by sending out a technician to visit customer home

Currently enrolled at SUSLA for Medical Lab Technology.
