Responsible to manage an Infrastructure technical team, assisting with technical solutions and performing technical resolution of issues as needed.

• Strong hands-on experience on CISCO switches, Firewalls, Servers.
• Manage and lead the IT Infrastructure Services, including Systems, Networks, and Network/Data Center operations.
• Advanced knowledge of Databases, Business Intelligence (BI), Networking, Systems, Windows, Windows Clustering, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMWare ESXi/vCenter, Cisco products (Routing / Switching / Firewalls), and Cloud.
• Work with business to determine the most effective and best solution.
• Partner with Business (Third party vendors) to understand and help shape demand • Actively participate in vendor governance reviews to address demand management, performance management (SLA), and contract management.
