My name is Archer Johnson and I am a graduating senior at East Carolina University. I will be graduating in December 2023. I work at Chick-fil-A in Winterville, NC since 2020 and have been a team leader since 2021. In my first year of leading, I helped secure the Symbol Award, which is to trend over 20% sales for the entire year, increasing sales by $2,000,000.
I have worked at Chick-fil-a since 2020 and I was promoted to Team Leader in 2021. I am also in charge with communicating both up and down the chain of command and maximizing productivity and chemistry within the store.
I am a senior at East Carolina University. I will be graduating in December 2023 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. I started in 2017 but took a year off with Covid and started working at CFA.
