I have a Bachelor’s in Urban Studies, I possess a Medical Assistant certification and I would like to retain my Master’s degree in psychiatry. I‘m a case manager at the Department of Homeless Services, I love what I do and I’m proud to be a part of aiding individuals with necessary resources and encouraging one to accomplish desired goals.
Assess clients to determine the appropriate program type and housing plan for transfer and housing purposes.
▪ Discuss barriers to housing and employment and refer clients to additional services needed to remove these.
▪ Direct clients to employment services for job search, training, and placement.
