Oversee all aspects of the administration of the global equity incentive plans and ESPP, including but not limited to the timely processing of new equity awards, vesting events and ESPP purchases. Ensure all equity transactions are accurately processed and settled in a timely manner
Manage semi-annual ESPP enrollments and purchases
Create and maintain communication materials such as plan documentation, administrative processes, and other informational summaries
Develop employee communication tools to help expand understanding of equity programs, including ESPP
Work cross-functionally with the Legal, Finance, and Payroll teams to ensure compliance with all securities and tax laws, filings, disclosure requirements, and global payroll reporting
Partner with internal and external auditors for quarterly reviews, year-end audits, and SOX compliance, as needed ensuring SOX compliance and maintenance of internal controls
Create and implement equity administration process improvements and support automation initiatives
Support other executive compensation projects and initiatives as needed
Create, update, and reconcile account demographic and tax profile data
Manage all aspects of global equity incentive administration, including accurate and timely granting of all equity awards (Restricted Stock Units and Performance Stock Units), RSU and PSU vestings including proper taxation, and data accuracy of stock administration platform
Assist in the preparation and filing of Section 16 reports (Form 4)
