Based in California, I am currently employed as a Manager at Indian Restaurant, reporting to Owner. Here I am involving with many responsibilities that include dealing with customers, posting Payments and CCR, making Cash, Cheques and Credit Cards transaction including marketing and preparing Branch Activity Reports on daily and monthly basis.
In my previous jobs I was involved with Tourism Industries, Banking, Motel Front Desk Management, Customer Service and Coordination with overseas companies.
As a part of Tourism Industries, I have travelled many different places to explore and exchange cultures with the countries including Europe, Japan, Korea, Thailand, Philippines, Israel, UAE, and India.

Process the cash transactions like foreign currency exchange, local and international remittance, corporate remittances, personal bank account opening and other financial matter and dealing on behalf of the client. Dealing with other exchange houses for foreign currencies buying and selling.
Deliver an error-free customer service aimed at providing an uncompromised satisfaction of the clients but not compromising the policies and procedures.
Deals with Local as well as Foreign Correspondent Banks.
Solve problem items, client complaints and entertain enquiries with almost courtesy and sincerity.
