Mission-driven public health + data professional with 3+ years of experience in community health — minority health, maternal child health, and social demography, research and project management. My interest lies in using data collection as a tool to develop and inform community interventions that are implementable, scalable, and sustainable. Also, use technology to develop models that are community-centered, trauma informed and culturally responsive to improve access to care to decrease health disparities in underserved, disenfranchised and marginalized communities.
In previous roles, I have been responsible for fostering strategic partnerships with community organizations, faith based organizations, and non-profit organizations to enhance the effectiveness of public health initiatives and supporting quality improvement efforts. Moreover, I have established frameworks, and strategies to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency. Currently, my responsibilities include program evaluation, compiling community benefits data, offering performance improvement suggestions, and supporting community collaborations and quality improvement efforts, including the hospital’s community health needs assessment.
I thrive at the intersection of strategy, data analytics, and community impact, leveraging insights to drive sustainable, equitable change. My goal is to bridge data-driven decision-making and research with real-world implementation.
While my interests are diverse, my mission is cohesive: improve health systems and use innovative strategies, approaches, technological models, and frameworks to increase social impact.
Beyond work, I love discussing neuroplasticity and decision-making, discovering new coffee shops, and dissecting pop culture. I am eager to connect with like-minded professionals to share insights and collaborate on innovative public health solutions.
Let’s connect! :)
