Asmi Yadav

Hello, this is Asmi Yadav. Currently, I am a full-time student at the University of Oklahoma majoring in Biology on the PreMed track. As a pre-med student, I believe that having medical hands-on experience can help me develop important skills to become a future medical professional. It is very tough to find a first-time job in the medical field as many places require experience. This position can help me as a pre-med student to gain experience and be an important asset to the team.

I have been serving as a Peer Learning Assistant for the subjects Chemistry 1 and Chemistry 2 at the University of Oklahoma from August 2022 - Present. Here I tutor college students at higher levels of Chemistry to prepare them for their STEM experiences. I have also been hired by Integris before for the same position, however, due to academic priorities was not able to complete the training.

Currently, I am attending the University of Oklahoma and have a Junior standing at the university as a Biology major on the Pre-Med track.
