Hi, I’m Austin Arnold — a UX Designer with 2 years of experience turning complex ideas into intuitive, human-centered digital experiences. With a background in sales and technical account management, I bring a unique blend of empathy, strategy, and problem-solving to every design challenge.
I specialize in wireframing, prototyping, and user research, and I’m fluent in tools like Figma, Miro, and Framer. My approach to design is collaborative and iterative: I love digging into user feedback, aligning cross-functional teams, and crafting interfaces that are as functional as they are beautiful.
Outside of pixels and post-its, I’m passionate about helping startups grow and thrive. Whether it’s improving product usability, creating internal design systems, or supporting go-to-market teams with customer-ready materials, I’m always thinking holistically about how design can drive impact.
I have 2 years of experience as a UX designer, with a strong foundation in user research, wireframing, and prototyping—primarily using Figma. Before transitioning into design, I spent several years in B2B sales and technical account management, which gave me a deep understanding of user pain points, cross-functional collaboration, and the importance of aligning design with business goals.
This blend of experience gives me a unique perspective: I approach design not just from a usability standpoint, but with a deep appreciation for how product decisions impact customer experience, sales enablement, and long-term growth. I’m especially effective at bridging the gap between teams—translating user needs into clear, actionable design while keeping business priorities in focus.
I began my undergraduate studies at High Point University and later earned my degree in User Experience Design from Southern New Hampshire University. My education combined design theory, human-computer interaction, and hands-on experience with tools like Figma and Adobe XD—giving me a solid foundation in both the creative and technical sides of UX. It also emphasized real-world projects and user research, which helped me develop a user-first mindset that I carry into every design challenge.
