I'm currently a customer sales rep, so I talk with many people for 10 hours a day, 4 days a week. I am courteous and empathetic, and because of that I receive great CSAT scores while following QA.
I currently work at AFNI inc, in a Customer Sales department and have been there since 2014. I am a hard worker and my stats show because of that as one of the top sellers.
I completed high school in 2013, and received my diploma. I went to Community college for A year.
