Chef Niko has mastered the catering industry’s complexities to ensure his menus are executed with impeccable timing resulting in his food always being cooked to perfection.
In 2003, Chef Nikolas Monts de Oca founded Global Infusion Corp., the parent company of AZ Inspirations Catering. Nikolas completed his Culinary Arts degree in 1999 from The Scottsdale Culinary Institute where he was trained in classic French cuisine. He is known in the industry as Chef Niko, a name given to him in culinary school.
