(2018-11)
In the Molecular Department, I support instrument validation, quality control for new materials, incident management, and troubleshooting. I have experience with a wide range of molecular assays, including Sanger sequencing for genes such as TP53, BRAF, TERT, MYD88, CXCR4, KRAS, NRAS, PIK3, BTK, MPN, JAK2 V617F, MPL, c-KIT, NOTCH1, IGVH, and EGFR. I also have experience with next-generation sequencing and fragment analysis assays, including BT Cells, FLT3, MSI (True Mark), and CALR.
In addition, I perform real-time PCR assays for various molecular markers, including JAK2 quantitative analysis, MLH1, MGMT, IDH1/2, MET exon 14, EGFRvIII, PIK3, BRAF, and EGFR. I operate and maintain several laboratory instruments, including Hamilton systems, thermocyclers, centrifuges, Rotor-Gene Q, Bioanalyzer 1000, and Quant Studio 7/8 systems, to ensure accurate and efficient laboratory operations.
FLOW Laboratory Technician II - NeoGenomics Laboratories
