Bailey Ainsworth

My name is Bailey Ainsworth and I am now a graduating student for Mississippi State University. I went to MSU to earn my bachelor's degree in Child Life. However, I have a couple of internships that relate to Child Development. I am pursuing my career in helping children and families in need of support whether they are in hospitals, early childhood centers, homes, etc.

• Spread my teamwork skills by helping the specialists with taking care of meeting the children and families’ needs with therapeutic play and resources they provide.
• Prosper listening skills by assisting the specialists in doing tasks such as cleaning the playrooms, provide support during site-visits, playing with the children, or identifying needs for the children’s growth in development. 

• Identified resources for children’s development by imitating the steps the technical assistants implemented when they are doing developmental screenings.
