In my current role at Ping Identity, I serve as Staff SQA Engineer, leading business testing strategy for complex identity solutions. I have designed and executed end-to-end functional, regression, performance, and accessibility test plans, while acting as the release quality gatekeeper across the SDLC. By reengineering test processes and integrating automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines, I reduced UAT delays by 40% and significantly strengthened API validation and system scalability. I also introduced best practices in automation, test design, and agile collaboration.

Previously, as QA Lead at Aclara Software, I directed a 9-member QA team, optimized task planning with Microsoft Project, and led complex SQL and ETL validation projects to support enterprise data warehouses.
