• Set up and configured 60+ lab and office computers over a five-month period, completed manual data wipes, managed Windows driver updates, and executed secure component removal as well as data destruction through destroying hard drives. This aided in the information security of sensitive data
• Also helped set up 60+ systems in the computer labs and monitored for any cyber security issues. 
• Resolved technical support tickets by diagnosing network connectivity and software configuration issues for faculty and staff, ensuring minimal downtime and seamless daily operations.
• Guarded against physical data breaches through constant monitoring of the IT support office and the components within the office, which assisted with risk mitigation.
