Worked as activity project manager/Activity manager/ Agreement officer’s Representative (AOR for a for United States Agency for International Development (USAID) on projects in the range of $18 million to $ 100 million multi-sector activities in development activities supporting Integrated Youth Development program on outcome-based project management, report writing, working both face to face and telework, engaging the multifaceted private sector and civil society organizations and governments.. Managed programs with the use of high-tech IT tools including but not limited Development Information System (DIS), workday, GLASS, Assist, E-2 with high level skill in using PowerPoint, Microsoft. Support employees performance with the use of Cognos, Ellucian banner to address higher education challenges.
