Serves as the enterprise senior physical security technology consultant and engineer, supporting new builds and modifications/renovations of corporate and retail spaces. Selected to compose the enterprise's first and only corporate physical security standard document, “The Physical Security Standard Play Book,” in 2023-2025.

• Responsible for conducting security risk assessments and developing detailed security system design and engineering solutions.
• Generate engineering design CD drawing, RFP/SOW/QPL and oversight all project technical installations and Change Orders.
• Produce security fiscal yearly value engineering/budgetary scope for yearly security Cap-Budget planning. Funds allocation.
• Center 3 (C3) project: Joined eight months before project completion; collaborated with general contractors (HITT & Whiting Turner), Architectural and Engineer Firm (A&E), and CapitalOne FSR and WPS teams to resolve uncertainties and mitigate risks affecting security technology integration into the global enterprise network.
• Card Reader Replacement Project CapitalOne Enterprise-wide. 2024-2026: Consulted, spearheaded and successfully reached the objective of upgrading card readers with CapitalOne/Key HID Elite Custom Authentication Key Program. Included upgrading all Lenel ISC and 1320 to the latest modules and farmwear and replacing all physical readers with the test and applicable HID Signo Card Readers.
• Bangalore Inda CapitalOne Corporate Campus Project (455,000 SQ FT). 2024-2026: Senior Consultant; designed and engineered an extensive integrated electronic security solution; worked with local GC and A&E reps, interior designers, technology departments and facility management teams; generated RFP/RFQ for potential Integrators and RFI for all trades seeking information relating to the electronic security division.
• Alabang Philippines CapitalOne Corporate Office Modification project (18,000 SQ Feet) 223-2024: Consulted, designed and engineered the integrated electronic security solution; studied preexisting systems’ functions and capabilities and implemented new and improved electronic security technology.
• Discover Migration to CapitalOne Corporate Enterprise project. 2024-2026 (Current): Served as a senior security technology consultant, working with Discover partners to migrate their Software House Access control credential database, upgrade physical readers to CapitalOne Lenel ecosystem, and vet and migrate video surveillance and other security systems to the CapitalOne enterprise security ecosystem.
• Sharlott NC (Bebout) to CapitalOne Corporate Enterprise project. 2024-2026 (Current): Consulted and spearheaded all aspects of this corporate office space, Capital One's first footprint in North Coralins as a corporation.
• Branch Keyless Entry System _enterprise Wide. 2025-2026: Conducted full consultation, engineering, design and installation of a keyless entry solution for all Capital One Bank Branches (retail vertical) enterprise wide.
• West Creek Campus-Building 8 Renovation. 2024-2026 (200,000 SQ Ft): Consulted and implemented the latest security technology, including new replacement turnstiles and surveillance hardware.

Previously served as a senior security system consultant and engineer for federal government entities, consulting, designing and engineering complex integrated security solutions. Worked extensively with incorporated FICAM compliance, GSA approved FIPS-201 hardware products classified under sub topology 1301/1302, and software in compliance with FIPS 140-2 computer security validation mandates. Generated RFP/RFI and responses to BPA requests.

Created 2D security designs using AutoCAD and Bluebeam, including device floorplans, riser diagrams, MDF and IDF layouts, point-to-point termination diagrams, TCP/IP network topology, RS-485 physical point-to-point layer risers, wireless communication concepts, conduit fill calculations, pathway risers, and power requirements/distribution and emergency power requirements.
