Besides being raised out in the country where you learn how to run a tractor and drive before most kids get their first bicycle, I jumped into retail and became a manager before I was 20. From there I was hired on as a merchandising rep for over 30 companies inside Home Depot. Between a company shoft and Home Depot policies, I was laid off and entered the car business. I did everything from selling new & used vehicles, to internet sales, financing, and management for over 10 years. After this, I entered the recruiting profession in December 2013 and have been doing it ever since, including from my home office since March 2015. After a brief 2 year stint as my father's certified VA caregiver, I am ready to actively start recruiting again whether it be in an office, hybrid, or fully remote!

Well, during Covid, my wife and I got the wild hair to obtain our AA degrees which we did in under 2 years through Rasmussen College in Tampa. We both minored in Accounting. While I appreciate the opportunity of what this had to offer, there is simply no replacement for 30+ years of on-hand experience in a multitude of different facets and arenas!
