20 plus years of LEAN system’s culture and application experience with a German private Company Freudenberg & Co, a Global leading manufacturer in several industries. Significant costing related experience in Automotive, Oil & Gas, Aerospace, Fluid Power, Filtration, Healthcare, Millwork and other industries in Low Mix/High Volume or High Mix/Low Volume manufacturing environments. Subject matter expert in the ERP system QAD with nearly 10 year’s ERP experience with SAP.
Have lead Company costing systems, analysis and reporting for more than 15 years which includes Standard Costing, Cost Savings, Variance Reporting, Investment and Cap Ex Analysis and Make vs Buy decision making.
FP&A, Forecasting and Budgeting
20 plus years of experience utilizing LEAN system principles and collaboration with cross functional partners; Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, SCM, Procurement and HR. Lead, develop, teach and communicate the process to all levels of the organization and the outputs to Senior Management, including Board members. Utilize 18 month rolling forecast for EBITDA, Working Capital and Investments to clearly understand where we are currently and then where are we going and then communicate key findings to Senior Management.
Business knowledge is obtained by clearly understanding the Profit, Cost and Cash drivers by following the Business Value Chain, the Operational Process Flow, listening to cross functional partners and then understanding the economic landscapes.
SCM and procurement responsible or Business Partner for more than 10 years; providing proactive analysis, providing forecasting and budgeting, S&OP and Cost savings initiatives. SCM Manager for a $30M facility for 3 years implementing S&OP, Visual Managed Inventories and aligning procured lot sizes with customer lot sizes to minimize inventory and to eliminate waste.
Partner supporting S&OP business process implementation and launching and then developing the analysis.
Engaged, empowering management style utilizing Policy Deployment Matrix and 5 Rocks to manage priorities and key initiatives.
