Retired, I now provide Fractional Leadership, consultant, and advisory services to organizations and individuals. I also write a M-F newsletter article in a LinkedIn Newsletter and provide various voluntary services as needed.

I offer over 45 years of experience producing results and contributing to the success of the organizations served. The areas of specific experiences and achievements include:
September 2015 through March 2019 when I retired.
Responsible for membership recruitment and retention, and staffed the Sales, Marketing, and Associates Council, the Remodelers Council, and the Education Task Force. Produced weekly news blast, quarterly newsletter, maintained the website, created a networking and referral group, and was responsible for a highly successful sponsorship program.
Interim PT Executive Director – Elizabethtown Area Chamber of Commerce*
September 2020 until March 2022 (In retirement during Covid)
Worked to restore the chamber after it was all but shut down due to the COVID-19 Pandemic, managing volunteers to develop strategic initiatives, fulfilling the requirements of a grant, renewing committees, and programs to the point that they could again hire full time staff.
Tri-Star Staffing – PT Executive Director Historic Preservation Trust of Lancaster County
Temporary position (6 months) to help them establish goals, define their direction, establish a volunteer program, and help conduct two major events. (In retirement)

I created and managed successful new events including an expo and educational program (GreenCon) and an awards program (ForeverGreen Awards) and developed a new organizational structure and significantly increased support and membership.
VP of Planning and Development - Lebanon Valley Brethren Home* and Lutheran Social Services 1999 thru 2010 –- raised significant funds, built relationships, and managed programs.
Director of Member Services – Pennsylvania Builders Association* 1997 thru 1999 – Leadership development, fundraising, vocational programing, and local chapter support.
Founding Executive Director – Downtown State College Partnership* 1993 thru1997 Established and managed programs and services for a unique partnership between Penn State University, the Borough of State College, and downtown merchants and property owners to help maintain a healthy and prosperous downtown.

I completed 1&1/2 years of co-op work assignments and graduated with honors.
A.S. in General Studies – Community College of Allegheny County – Pittsburgh, PA
Commuted daily while holding down a part-time job and graduated with honors.

Consulting Services – Penn Price Management Group
Provide services to small business and nonprofit organizations through what I call the Penn Price Management Group. This led to the two temporary assignments listed above and various other consultations to assist in defining and reaching goals.
Currently pursuing the concept of TRUTH through a LinkedIn Newsletter, a website, and various posts, developing an approach I call OneTRUTH Leadership to help individuals and businesses discern TRUTH, and to use this TRUTH to help make decisions and solve problems. I have over 4,000 followers and 500+ subscribers to my Newsletter
I have served the organizations I worked for with passion, hard work, creativity, and enthusiasm. They have provided the opportunity to work with a wide variety of people in many different circumstances. As a result, we have accomplished some great things!
My goal is to find ways of giving back and to continue contributing while enjoying a certain amount of flexibility. I feel that I have a great deal more to offer the right organization and in the right circumstances and would like the chance to prove it.
