As a nonprofit consultant, I help organizations strengthen their mission impact by developing strategic plans, securing funding, and improving overall operations. I work with leadership teams and boards to design effective programs, build sustainable fundraising systems, and evaluate community outcomes. My role includes writing grants, facilitating vision and planning sessions, training staff and volunteers, and creating tools for better financial management and donor engagement.

In my 20 years ofpersonal experience as a nonprofit consultant, I’ve had the privilege of working hands-on with a variety of organizations to strengthen their impact and sustainability. I’ve led strategic planning sessions, written successful grant proposals, and built fundraising systems that helped programs grow and serve more people. I’ve also trained staff and board members in leadership, donor relations, and operational excellence, ensuring teams are aligned and equipped for long-term success.

My work has included developing measurable outcomes, improving internal systems, and fostering partnerships that unite communities around meaningful causes. Through these experiences, I’ve seen how thoughtful strategy, strong relationships, and faith-driven purpose can transform both organizations and the lives they touch.
