- Keep lab and workstation clean and organized

- Change gas tanks as needed
- Change liner and septa
- Change seal and cut column
- As batch runs, check for acceptable chromatography
- Watch for instrument errors as batch runs, resolve as able
- Notify internal support if needed to resolve instrument errors
- Review chromatographic results
