Boris Pena

I have competed at every level of collegiate baseball, including Division I, Division II, and Junior College, starting and contributing at each stage. My playing experience spans multiple positions: catcher, infield, and outfield giving me a well-rounded understanding of the game.

In addition to my playing career, I’ve worked with youth players through private lessons, helping them develop skills and confidence on the field. I bring a strong, proven hitting philosophy that has guided my own success and translates well into coaching and mentoring.

I take pride in my communication skills and thrive in team-oriented environments. Whether on the field or in a collaborative setting, I bring focus, positivity, and a strong work ethic.

I have extensive experience at the collegiate level and a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed at the next stage. My last two years were spent competing at the Division II level, where I performed at a high level and earned both Preseason and Postseason All-American honors. I bring strong character, clear communication, and an easy-to-understand approach to teaching the game. With my background, I’m confident in my ability to guide and develop youth players who aspire to reach the next level.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies (IDS) and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business. My academic background, combined with my athletic experience, gives me a strong foundation in leadership, communication, and organizational skills tools that I bring into every coaching or mentorship opportunity.
