Benjamin Beznoska

Over 20 years of athlete development, program leadership, and collegiate coaching experience utilizing sports platform to mentor and disciple young men. The focus of my coaching is not just on winning, but on developing spiritually, personally, and academically. Having coached at every level; from junior college to professional organizations; I have seen the difference that mentorship, integrity, and faith-based influence can make in the lives of student-athletes.

I want to develop relationships with players where I can walk alongside them in their athletic, academic, and spiritual pursuits, modeling Christ and encouraging them to do the same.

Experienced coach and business professional with over 20 years in collegiate and professional athlete development, program management, and facility coordination. Proven success in player recruitment, event management, and operational leadership across multiple sports. Strong skills in relationship building, budgeting, and client retention, with extensive experience in teaching and coaching at both collegiate and professional levels.

Currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration to further polish my expertise in business.
