Working at Cogir senior living was truly a very wonderful experience. While working at Cogir my daily duties consisted of getting a daily worksheet of all the apartments that would have to be cleaned that day on my assigned floor. I would also make sure that all of the activity areas were clean for use.
Each day I would be assigned between 8 to 11 rooms. At the residents apartment we would make sure to clean and change bed sheets, everything in the bathroom would be wiped down and sanitized, dust all furniture and blinds before wiping them down with disinfectant. The apartments also had a full kitchen that would be organized and wiped down.
The cleaning would end with all the trash and recycling being taken out and thoroughly vacuuming, sweeping and mopping the whole apartment.

Some other duties would be to restock the patients fridge on the floors with whatever they needed. At the end of our day we would be assigned a floor to do a pick up which is picking up all the trays that were delivered throughout the day and washing them.
Patient transporter at Saint Anthony's hospital -lakewood (2025-05 – 2025-09)
My duties as a patient transporter consist of being assigned a patient job and given a description of who the patient is and what room they are currently in, and where they have to go that includes going to CT, XRAY, Dialysis, MRI and Nuclear Medicine. Also we make beds that have been specially ordered for patients in more critical conditions. Lastly when we don't have a patient job we go through all the floors looking for any beds that are not being used so we can stage them for the nurses to use if a bed breaks or a new patient is admitted

While working at Saint Anthony North my duties consisted on taking out the bio and regular trash out of the whole hospital, the room housekeepers would take out the trash from the rooms they have cleaned and place them in a bigger trash can and I would come a collect it from all the closets and the same would go for the bio trash. I would then dispose of them in the correct places. Also I would do event set up which included me setting up the conference room to their liking.
Maid/Housekeeping Cleaner at Alpine Maids (2023-10 – 2024-01)
While working for Alpine Maids my duties consisted of being assigned and driving to a certain number of houses for the day. When I would get said house I would touch bases with the client to see what they would like done in addition to cleaning their overall home. What was included in the overall clean of the home was cleaning and dusting all bedrooms and changing and making beds.
Bathrooms were cleaned and disinfected. The same goes for the kitchen and living room. After everything was spotless it would be followed with a very good vacuuming and mopping.
Warehouse Receiver at Staples (2022-07 – 2023-08)
My position as a receiver at staples consisted of many things. My day would begin with being assigned to a certain shipment of orders. I would be given a packet with all the amounts that needed to be accounted for from the shipment. After accounting for the packages I would either put them on a pallet or a cart depending on the size, amount and location.
Daycare Teacher Assistant at Kiddie Academy (2022-02 – 2022-06)
My position at Kiddie Academy consisted of helping change the kids anytime it was needed, also helping with passing out their snacks that were provided to them throughout the day. I would help out the teacher with any activities she had planned for the kids that day. I would also do a circle time where I would either read a book or help with understanding shapes and colors.
I would also close the room down at the end of the day. I would work until all the children were signed out and picked up for the day and would disinfect and put away all the toys and clean the chairs and tables, also I would make sure everything was restocked in the room for the next day.
commercial cleaner at Ludegga (2021-08 – 2022-02)
My duties as a commercial clean consisted of going to three separate buildings each shift to clean them. Each one had the same cleaning routine which included cleaning the front lobby of the restaurant, so that would be sanitizing tables and chairs, cleaning windows and areas where customers order. I would also sanitize and restock the bathrooms.
Making sure that all the stainless steel was clean and smudge free, I would also wipe down all surface areas with disinfectant and wipe down all walls and dusting vents. I would finish each building with vacuuming and mopping the floors
FedEx Package Handler at FedEx Ground (2020-09 – 2021-07)
My job as a package handler consisted of being assigned to either the loading docks where I would be given a personal scanner and would have to go to a specific set of trailers were I would scan and stack each package that came down the belt in an organized way until there was no more packages being sent down or the trailer was full. There was also an unloading dock where I would sometimes be assigned to. I would be assigned a certain trailer and would have to remove each package and put it on a belt that would take it out and into the proper place in the warehouse.
CNA at Saint Paul Health Center (2019-02 – 2020-09)
One of my biggest accomplishments working at Saint Paul health care center was that I went from working there as a janitor to a CNA. Daily duties consisted of getting a report from the cna before me about how the over all day went and how the residents are doing. Since I worked at night my night would start with the resident finishing dinner so i would help feed some residents finishing their dinner or helping residents go to where they pleased.
Some residents had scheduled showers in the pm so I would assist with anything they needed help with. I would help them do their own night routine and help with going to bed. Also I would take care of any needs they had through the night including helping them go to the restroom or changing their depends and clothes, and helping them get ready in the morning for breakfast or any appointments or activities they had planned.
As a cna i would help the nurse in charge with anything they needed such as changing and dressing a wound.
Janitor at Saint Paul Health Center (2018-11 – 2019-02)
My position at Saint Paul health care center consisted of being assigned a certain floor and making sure said floor was properly clean and stayed clean throughout my shift. The main duties were vacuuming carpeted hallways that were on the floor, making sure the walls and baseboards were cleaned. Each floor had its own nurse station, break room, and resident dining rooms that all had to be cleaned and disinfected, swept and mopped to prevent any germs from harming the residents.
I would also help clean the outside of the building and parking lot. Some extra things I would do just because twice a week I would wash the carpets so the whole floor would smell nice and fresh. I would also try to help out my coworkers and would stock up on all the supplies we would use on a daily basis.
Housekeeper/Lead at The point Denver west health and tennis club (2018-06 – 2018-10)
My position and The point consisted of helping the gym stay clean and organized. It included me thoroughly cleaning both men and women's locker rooms and regular bathrooms on the 1st and 2nd floors and pool area. I would also wash and dry pool towels multiple times a shift so there could always be clean towels for members to use.
Following with restocking all products that were used through the gym, cleaning and sanitizing the gym equipment that is used frequently such as weights, workout machines and bikes. Twice a week I would also vacuum the whole gym and three tennis courts to keep them looking clean. One of my most significant accomplishments from working at The Point was after 2 months of working there I became a lead and would be in charge of making sure the daily duties were being done and making sure we had all the cleaning equipment we needed.
Crew Member at Wendy's Cooperation (2017-07 – 2018-03)
My position at Wendy's consisted of running and sometimes closing the front lobby. Daily duties of this position included changing the cash register at the beginning and end of my shift so they could keep track of the money I handled throughout the day. I would take care of the front lobby so that included greeting and taking customer orders and handing out their food and taking care of any other needs or questions they had.
Also making sure that the soda machines and the area where the napkins and condiments were clean. For closing I would handle all the complete restocking of the front lobby cleaning and disinfecting all the chairs and tables, cleaning soda machines, cleaning both the men and women's bathrooms, finishing the night by sweeping and mopping the front of the restaurant.
