One Significant thing about me overall is my positive demeanor that I carry with me everyday no matter what the day throws at me. I can find myself working alone at a High volume of 500 + guest in the restraunts Ive worked at with the same attitude I wake up with. I can find myself cleaning up after someone’s tolerance wasn’t where they thought it could be. I tend to find myself in Chaotic volumes in many jobs but one thing for certain is I don’t find myself becoming part of the problem.

My Responsibilities as a food runner is to Deliver the Right entrees, appetizers, and Deserts to the correct table/Guests.

I also have the responsibility to still do any finishing touches to Any Dishes that Need anything specific to complete it. Our Other Main priority is to De-bone any fish entrees or cut Any steak dishes that need any additional attention for presentation.

As A Busser My daily procedures are to stock up every section with proper silverware and glassware.My responsibilities are to give the proper necessities our guests Ask for such as drinks,extras, utensils or guidance throughout the restraunt. Maintain awareness of food courses to dispose at accurate times . Engage with guests to fulfill guests experience

I’ve recently graduated 2022 out of high school & I’m slowly but surely building my way up to pursure a higher education when I get the funds to support it .
